Vampires

Vampires were not created during the Resurgence. They merely took an opportunity to carve out a place for themselves in the chaos.

Vampires live in nests. Each nest is led by a Master Vampire who has both age and power. The five strongest vampires in  a region come together to form the Council. This body, ruthlessly controls the vampires in their area. Because never forget, vampires are predators, and to them, the rest of us are prey.
